All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Your order is estimated to be delivered to you within 1 week from your purchase date.
There are shipping delays with certain carriers at the moment, whilst we will try get your garments to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee exact shipping time frames. All parcels will include tracking details that will be emailed to you once it is on its way.
We make it a priority that you are happy with your purchase and provide a 10 day returns policy from the arrival of your items.
All items excluding sale or promotion, can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be in their original condition with tags and we reserve the right to refuse returns if signs of wear are visible or are outside of the specified return date.
If you need to return an item, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and description of goods to be returned.
We will provide you with a return number and ask that you please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
If your item arrives and appears to be damaged upon delivery, please let us know immediately. Any damaged items past 14 days will not be accepted.
